The attraction of FLOURS Edogawabashi is high-quality flow yoga and highly specialized medical Pilates.

We offer Odaka Yoga, which is extremely popular in Europe, and Pilates lessons supervised by professionals of the British Medical Pilates system.

Odaka Yoga is characterized by a flow style that moves gracefully like waves. It allows you to move safely along the body’s structure and activates the body efficiently. You will feel light in body and mind in no time! It’s a new experience for you.

Medical Pilates is an exercise therapy based on Pilates exercises, incorporating principles of anatomy and physiology and rehabilitation, and programmed from a medical perspective. It is very effective for rehabilitation and various physical adjustments because of its low physical load and the fact that it can be performed safely and securely regardless of physical fitness or age.

Private lessons in yoga, machine Pilates and meditation sessions are also available.

Morning Mindfulness Flow
  • The class focuses on the present moment and moves based on the “Sun Salutation,” a series of one-breath, one-movement movements. Sun Salutation is a traditional yoga movement, and is popular for its liberating feeling of mindlessness that comes with each repetition. This step-by-step practice is recommended for beginners.
Beginner Pilates
  • We will perform basic Pilates exercises while carefully reviewing how to use your body. Become more conscious about your body and notice your body’s habits and balance. Recommended for those who are new to Pilates or those who would like to check their movements while doing the exercises.
Conditioning Pilates
  • This class is designed to adjust the skeletal structure and muscles according to the member’s condition of the day. The class will focus on the basic movements of Pilates, balancing the movements of stretching, strengthening, and toning.
Morning Flow for a better quality day
  • This is a morning flow class that moves based on the movements of sun worship. Awaken your mind and body, deepen your connection with yourself, and prepare to make the most of the day that is only today.
Lymph Refresh
  • This class is designed to loosen stiffness in the body, improve blood flow and lymph flow, and refresh the body. We will ask the members where they want to loosen up now and then. Recommended for those who suffer from stiffness and swelling.
Yoga of Rest and Renewal
  • This is a healing yoga class that focuses on slow movements, mainly on the back. It is recommended for those who want to relieve fatigue and stress with more elements of stretching and unwinding. Give yourself a moment of peace and tranquility after a hard day’s work.

    The movement will be set to music while incorporating Odaka Yoga’s wave movement as a base.Not a dance to show for someone else, but for yourself, gently, strongly and honestly. Those who have never danced before are of course welcome! Please enjoy a different side of yourself.

Facial + Restful Sleep Yoga

Zen Flow
  • Zen x Yoga. In this class, you will experience “meditation in motion,” a practice that puts your awareness in the here and now and keeps you moving without stopping, repeatedly performing Odaka Yoga’s unique curved movements to enhance the oneness of body and mind and nurture your ability to look within. By staying active in the movement, you will feel the energy that comes from within. *zen warrior practices available
Skeletal Adjustment Flow
  • This flow class approaches the skeletal structure, including the shoulders, pelvis, and hip joints, and adjusts the balance. The first half of the class is designed to improve posture and muscular balance, while also incorporating elements of relaxation and stretching, while the second half is designed to actively move to build muscle strength to maintain good balance.
Hip/Shoulder joint adjustment
  • Adjustment is made by moving the hip/shoulder joints in a curvilinear motion to release joint congestion. The muscles around the major joints are relaxed to improve circulation in the body.
